A Sacred Offering to the Glory of God
Following the Divine Liturgy on Sunday, August 2, 2026, the Very Rev. Fr. Ardag Arabian offered a special blessing for the church’s newly donated altar vestments.
The beautiful blue and gold embroidered vestments, adorned with sacred iconography, were presented before the Holy Altar and blessed with prayers before being placed into liturgical service.
Dedicated for the Worship and Service of the Church
The blessing reminds us that every offering made to the Church is first dedicated to the glory of God. Through prayer, these new vestments were set apart for sacred use and will now become part of the worship and liturgical life of our parish.
Moments from the Blessing
Beauty, Faith and Sacred Tradition
Richly decorated in blue and gold, the new vestments feature sacred images, Armenian crosses, grapevine motifs and traditional ecclesiastical ornamentation. Their beauty enhances the reverence of the sanctuary and reflects the centuries-old artistic tradition of the Armenian Apostolic Church.
“May these sacred vestments serve the Holy Church for many years and bring glory to God.”
To God be the glory, now and always. Amen.
